The goal was to create an easy-to-use tool that did not require the installation of software at the dealer.
The challenge was to replace an existing content management and sharing system that did not meet the customer's needs.
The Italian Mobile Operator 3 needed to manage a large dealer network (> 5000 shops) distributed throughout the territory
It was necessary to open a channel with the network for the communication of price lists, procedures, commercial promotions, notices, tenders etc… and the provision of training courses for sales staff
Unified platform for the management of documentation targeting the dealer network and access to 3's business and operations support applications
Info3New is created as a web-application to allow its use via browser to any location connected to the Internet
